Marcus O’Meara

I’m a parent with bad teeth, a loving wife and three sugar mad sons. We’ve been coming to Brunswick Dental for at least 10 years now and have managed to make a dentist visit an almost painless experience.

The ambience of the location, the professionalism and care of the dentist, and the sea breezes through the French doors make for a less daunting visit than with other dentists and their clinical surrounds. Up to date equipment, good music and easy parking outside all add up to a reliable family dentist.

Brunswick Holistic Dental Centre and its wonderful staff have changed what used to be my worst nightmare to a comfortable, pleasant experience. Before I found Bruns Dental I was an out of control dental phobic.
 
In Dr Marcus O’Meara I have found a dentist who has, in his gentle, steady way helped me to overcome the paralysing fear and terror that used to accompany a trip to the dentist. He is unfailingly considerate, supportive and patient and he has a great sense of humour!
 
I appreciate the way in which Marcus has put my teeth and my wellbeing first. He always provides information and plenty of opportunities to discuss options, so that I don’t make hasty, ill-considered decisions.
 
The other thing I appreciate about Marcus is his attention to detail. He makes every part of a dental procedure important. I know I’m getting the best possible care.
 
At the times when I’ve needed a dentist in a hurry, Marcus and the staff have responded quickly and always in a pleasant, no fuss manner.  Reception staff are absolutely lovely as are the dental nurses.

Nigel Cluer

I live in New York much of the year but will only have my dental work done here in the Byron Shire by Dr. Nigel Cluer.
 
I am familiar with holistic and alternative health care because of my university teaching in environmental studies and have found Dr. Cluer to be knowledgeable, methodical, extremely competent and totally committed to safe dentistry and doing the best work possible.
 
Dr. Cluer is the only dentist I will use. His dental practice is state of the art. I recommend him without reservation.

For the past 35 years, I have been contemplating having my teeth capped. I had been to several dentists, and had a couple of crowns done. And although successful, not the results I had hoped for. After visiting Nigel Cluer’s dentistry, firstly for removal of old amalgam fillings and general clean. I noticed Nigel’s crowns and considered having mine done, as his were so impressive.

Nigel’s care and attention to detail was exceptional and perfection was the main priority. It is clear that Nigel and his team work well together and my result is evidence of this.

It is now 3 months since I have had the work completed, and I have had so many compliments. I have more confidence, and I never stop smiling.

My only regret is that I didn’t have it done 35 years ago. However the technology was not available.

I especially like your use of the clove oil to numb the anaesthetic needle. Roy has done wonderful work and during it I felt at ease and well cared for. Dear Roy,

I would like to compliment you on your treatment to my broken tooth while I was on holidays in your area. (Full root canal treatment plus full build up). I only took 2 pain killers for a bit of throbbing when the numbness wore off, just after lunch. (I was warned to expect more)
